Our Experience

CDKiosk is a new project for MGN Consultancy (www.mgn.com.au), a Victorian based company whose directors and staff have been consultants and advisors for 15 years in Strategic HR,Organisation Culture and Development, Social Research, Program Evaluation, Partnership Development and Analysis, and Community Engagement. Our consultants work in complex, often confidential and multi layered program and partnership projects. We are program and people management experts, both at the development phases as well as implementation and review – this gives us a unique perspective of how organisations function and evolve.

We understand the Community Bank^® model:

• Where the stresses and strains are for Board members
• Limitations for BEN Regional personnel to respond to all Board issues
• Board interest in quality, impartial advice from people who understand the Community Bank^® model
• The lack of opportunities for Boards to work together to discuss and engage on current issues.

How do we know these things? Through years of active contribution to local Community Banks as steering committee members, subcommittee members, Directors and consultants to other Boards. We all also have experience as members of other voluntary not for profit community groups and understand the changes these roles can bring.
